Cancellation policy is 12 hours before your appointment time. 50% of your service fee will be charged if you cancel late or no show for your appt. This policy is lenient for our industry. Please know, it is not easy to enforce cancellation policies as service provides. We are used to taking care of people but having policies helps us also take care of ourselves. 

Cancellations and no shows cost us time and wastes product and supplies.
